My duties

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific sales objectives across different channels and segments
• Build, oversee, and automate multi-channel cross-sell campaigns for the clients brand. Design and implement high converting customer journeys
• Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and report findings to the executive team  
  
• Formulate highly engaging and high converting written content
• Define, implement, and own action plans to close potential sales target gaps  
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, to build successful cross-sell campaign strategies

My qualifications

• Experienced in setting up high converting email and marketing campaigns
• Excellent copy writing skills
• Data driven and result oriented
• Able to work independently in a high pace environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• User skills in BSI Customer Suite, Experience in the telco industry, Good skills in German
