My duties

• Review completeness of client files and identify outstanding documentation that needs to be collected in compliance with local/global AML/KYC regulations
• Review and process documentary updates throughout the KYC Periodic Reviews process 
• Ensure that the business is compliant with all Bank policies and local requirements regarding client files 
• Keep the rejection rate to the minimum by ensuring the right level of communication with the Front Office and other key stakeholders
• Ensure that quality control checks are passed
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Enter data into various databases and check to ensure the accuracy of the data inputted
• Respect the SLAs in place to minimize disruption and qualitatively enhance the client experience, while reducing risk of non compliance with regulatory standards

My qualifications

• Sound understanding of KYC/AML fields 
• CDB and OBA FINMA understanding
• Organizational skills, including prioritization
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with focus on influential skills and listening to Stakeholders
• Knowledge of the different structures open within the Wealth Management industry, including knowledge of corporate documentation associated with such structures
• English skills and French skills
• Microsoft Office skills, in particular with Excel
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Law preferred
