My duties

• This role primarily involves assisting the team in fulfilling client lifestyle requests and handling business management responsibilities 
• Carrying out client concierge requests related to travel, luxury products, and ticketing
• Creating exceptionally tailored experiences for clients
• Registering memberships in accordance with the specified procedure
• Establishing and nurturing a worldwide network within the luxury industry
• Negotiation, monitoring and managing contracts with external suppliers
• Act as interface between client advisors and external suppliers
• Strong due diligence; adherence to legal and compliance requirements
• Key Procedural Controls (KPC), regular controls on adherence to internal guidelines
• Handling marketing initiatives, including the execution of mailings and analytical tasks

My qualifications

• Experience in marketing, either within a travel company, as a concierge, or with a luxury brand
  
• Preferably, having previous experience with a large corporate organization or a financial institution
  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with individuals at all organizational levels and external partners
  
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities, along with a strategic mindset
• Initiative-taking and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language is a valuable asset
