Meine Aufgaben
  • Manage development projects from inception to implementation
  • Define the framework (budget, schedule, resources, risk matrix)
  • Make proposals for continuous improvement of existing processes, analyze their relevance, assess their impact on the company and manage the improvements to be implemented
  • Analyze and write deliverables (requirements, functional specifications, test strategy and plan)
  • Apply a holistic vision to ensure deliverable conformity and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with various business lines and external service providers
  • Contribute to the resolution of major incidents in conjunction with the IT Operations department
  • Support sales and operational teams, by mapping processes, providing training and proposing a change management system
  • Monitor products within the scope of your business to assess development opportunities
Meine Qualifikationen
  • Knowledge of credit types a retail bank in Switzerland can offer
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss banking processes (products, banking practices, regulations, etc.)
  • Project management and budget tracking
  • Excellent knowledge of the conduct and processing of real estate lending business for individuals and as well as personal and small business loans in Switzerland (advice, analysis, set-up and portfolio portfolio management), as well as the relevant legal and regulatory aspects, is essential to ensure the the Business Development Analyst's legitimacy internally with the Bank's business lines and sales network, and externally with technological and commercial partners.
  • PMP, PBA or equivalent certification an asset
  • Knowledge of Avaloq information system an asset
  • Languages: English (C1), French (B2), German/Italian a plus
  • Analytical skills: creativity, decision-making, critical thinking, entrepreneurial and results-oriented spirit, ability to solve complex, cross-functional problems
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to facilitate interactions, federate different teams towards a common goal and win the trust of stakeholders
  • Autonomy and adaptability to change
  • Oral and written communication, active listening, ability to clearly express ideas and observations/conclusions
